A large number of rooms in all price categories of hotels have been reserved for APSR2010 in Manila. These hotels are in close proximity to the Congress Site and are within the vicinity of the Bay Area and in the Commercial Business District. All hotels are easily accessible and may be comfortably reached by shuttle service or taxi cabs.

Participants are strongly recommended to book their hotel rooms through the APSR2010 Website, since extremely competitive net rates have been negotiated. Hotel reservations may be made through our congress website www.apsr2010.org. Together with the congress registration and a selection of pre and post tour packages.

Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and participants are advised to make hotel reservations on/or before 21 October 2010.

• Cancellation before 21 May 2010 the applicable cancellation fee is 25%
• Cancellation before 21 July 2010 the applicable cancellation fee is 50%
• Cancellation before 21 September 2010 the applicable cancellation fee is 75%
• Cancellation by 21 October 2010 the applicable cancellation fee is 100%

Bank Transfer

Note: All bank charges are for the account of the registrant. All fees must be remitted net of bank charges.

The fee to be transferred should be under the registrant's name and the name must be stated on the receipt. Upon completion of remittance, a clear copy of the bank slip should be scanned and forwarded to apsr@premieretravel.ph or faxed to Premiere Travel & Tours, Inc. at +632 819 0368

An acknowledgement slip will be sent to you via email after your payment is received. A hotel voucher confirming your accommodation/airport transfer will be sent to you via email seven (7) days after your bank transfer is received.

All changes or cancellation of accommodation will be handled by Premiere Travel & Tours, Inc,. All requests must be made in writing and forwarded by fax to +632 819 0368 not to the hotel. All cancellations will be charged a penalty fee as indicated on the first (1st) page.

All bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

For administrative reasons, all refunds will be made two (2) weeks after the congress.
