The World Spirometry Day (WSD) awareness campaign offers people the chance to test their lung health and demonstrates the importance of sport and healthy lungs.

Jointly organised by the FIRS and ELF, the APSR will be an active partner again this year.

The 2012 campaign coincides with the Olympic Games, encouraging people to exercise and look after their lungs regardless of their age or physical ability. The "day" begins on 27 June and the main activities will continue until 27 July, when the 2012 Olympic torch will be lit.
