Exhibition Information

Welcome to the APSR 2022 exhibition! By participating in the exhibition you will get a chance to be a part of the largest gathering of respiratory-related representatives. Exhibitors will be able to network with Congress attendees and present products and services of the company or organization.

Booth Package

Additional equipment application form will be provided after the application deadline.

All applications are accepted on a first come first served basis.

Shell Scheme Package

US$9,000 (VAT exclusive)

Shell schemes will be fully set up by the secretariat and exhibitors have to decorate their booths.

Booth Size: 3m (width) x 3m (length) x 2.5m (height)

Standard Package: Lighting & electricity (1kw), 1 reception desk, 1 chair, company name board, and flooring (pytex)

Benefits: Company logo on website and in the programme book, exhibition badge

The exhibitor is responsible for preparing tablecloths, extension cords, ornaments, etc.

Raw Space

US8,000 (VAT exclusive)

Exhibitors purchasing raw space will need to install booth(s) on their own.

Raw space, electricity (1kw), and flooring (pytex) will be provided.

All stand requirements including power connection must be organized by the exhibitor.

Exhibition Application Submission Deadline: 31 July 2022 - Pay Security (50% of the sponsorship fee)

Final Payment of Application Fee: 31 July 2022 Pay the Balance (50% of the sponsorship fee)

Equipment Rental Application Deadline: 31 August 2022

By 30 April 2022: 80% Refund

1 May-31 July 2022: 50% Refund

From 1 August 2022: No Refund
