Proof of identity

A copy of membership card or student/ traninee ID is required for verification in order to register as APSR member or Student/Trainee.

Registration payment

Payment can be made via online Credit Card during 1-19 November on My APSR 2018; all payments after 19 November should be remitted onsite at Taipei International Convention Center (TICC) during 30 November to 2 December. Payment must be cleared at the very latest by the end of the registration deadline the fees correspond to.

Registration confirmation & receipt

Attendees will receive a confirmation and e-receipt of their registration after it is fully processed.

The confirmation of registration and official receipt will be sent via e-mail within 3 weeks upon clearance of payment.

Cancellation & Refund

All cancellations must be in writing and be electronically mailed to register@apsr2018.com

Registration fees will be refunded as follows:

Cancellations received up and including 31 August 2018 – full refund

Cancellations received between 1 and 28 September 2018 – 50% will be refunded

After 29 September 2018– no refund will be made

Note:

  • In case of cancellation or modifications made at any stage, handling fee (USD50 or NTD1,600) will NOT be refunded
  • Bank service charges (including transitional bank commission) must be covered by the participants/applicants
  • Refund will be made after the Congress

Disclaimer

An attendee acknowledges that he/she has no right to sue the organizers for damages should the Congress not be held for unexpected political or economic reasons or because of "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other events necessitate programme changes. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
