APSR / APTA Young Investigator Award awardee, 2021

I was very honoured and grateful to receive the APSR/APTA Young Investigator Travel Award at the APSR 2021 Congress. This was the first time for me to attend the APSR Congress and I was impressed by this event that was held in a hybrid format. This event successfully featured various topics and recent studies from all over the world during a pandemic. I sincerely hope to attend the APSR Congress again in the future, especially if the pandemic is over and the congress will be held as usual.

Even though I attended this event virtually, the venue was well-organized. My presentation went smoothly and was guided by a committee who was ready to be contacted if I had a problem. I was able to present our study about drug resistant tuberculosis (DR TB) that compared short-term and longer therapy in Indonesia. I hope this research could be useful for TB management in Indonesia and could be a lesson for other countries.

Finally, I would like to say thank you to my teacher, colleagues, and my family for supporting my research.
