Registration Procedures
Individual participants must register using the official registration form. Photocopies of the registration form are acceptable. Online registration is also available at www.apsr2012.org
Registration will only be processed when the appropriate registration fee is received. There will be limited places for the Pre-congress Postgraduate Courses and the Interventional Pulmonology Hands-on Workshop. Please register early as places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
Payment
- by credit card (Visa or Master) via online registration; or
- by local cheque or bank drafts, payable to "Hong Kong Thoracic Society Limited - APSR".

Registration Entitlements
Each confirmed registrant will receive a registration confirmation before the congress. A copy of the programme book and the certificate of attendance will be given on-site at the congress. Only registered participants are eligible to register for the Pre-congress Postgraduate Courses and Interventional Pulmonology Hands-on Workshop.
Cancellation and Refund
Written notice of cancellation must be received on or before 31 October 2012 by the congress secretariat. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded within two months after the congress. There will be no refund for cancellation received after 31 October 2012.
