Travel Grant Application

Closing Date for Application: 31 July 2010

A limited number of travel grants are available to assist young investigators to attend the Congress. This is awarded based on the quality of the abstracts submitted. The grants will be payable in cash to the recipients at the Congress.

Applicant must have submitted an abstract suitable for communication at the APSR 2010 Congress.

Applicant must be the presenting author of an abstract accepted for presentation at the Congress.

Applicants will be notified of the outcome in writing by 31 August 2010.

Application for Travel Awards must be made online upon submission of abstract. The author may also submit the accomplished application form to the Congress Secretariat through email pccp@skybroadband.com.ph or fax +632 - 9240144.

Purpose

A number of travel awards are being made available to encourage eligible participants to attend and enrich the above Congress through presentation of their work and active participation in the meeting. These are awarded based on the quality of the abstracts submitted. The grants will be made in cash to the recipients at the Congress.

Selection Process

The Central Congress Committee will review and rank the abstracts submitted for travel awards, using the following criteria:

Applicants will be notified of the outcome in writing by 31 August 2010 Application for Travel Awards must be made online (or by completing and faxing the application form to the Secretariat) at the same time as the abstract is submitted.
