Participants are advised to register in advance (on or before October 15, 2010) to receive an early-bird discount. Please note that payments must be received by October 15, 2010, in order for participants to qualify for early registration.

Registration Guideline

Registration must be completed through the official website of APSR 2010 (www.apsr2010.org). If you have any difficulties gaining access to the on-line registration page, please contact the Congress Secretariat at pccp@skybroadband.com.ph or fax +63 2 924 0144

For group registration (10 delegates and above), please contact the Congress Secretariat at pccp@skybroadband.com.ph

Methods of Payment

Payments through the following methods will be accepted:

  • Credit Card
    Only VISA, Master, American Express and JCB are accepted. Please clearly state credit card information. All participants wishing to make credit card payment should settle the payment online www.apsr2010.org
  • Bank Transfer
    A direct bank transfer should be made to the account below. A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be sent by e-mail to the Congress Secretariat pccp@skybroadband.com.ph or fax +63-2-924-0144.

Registration Acknowledgement and Confirmation Slip

A Registration Acknowledgement Slip will be automatically sent to you via e-mail after your e-registration is completed.

A Registration Confirmation Slip will be sent to you via e-mail within 7 working days after receiving full payment. Please contact the Congress Secretariat if you do not receive a confirmation slip within 7 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be sent, in writing, to the Secretariat by e-mail (pccp@skybroadband.com.ph) or fax (+63 2 924 0144) before 7 November 2010. Please refer to the following dates for cancellation.

* Only cancellations made in writing will be accepted.
* For administrative reasons, all refunds will be made after the congress.

Letter of Invitation

Letter of Invitation to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain areas and to assist with obtaining a visa to enter the Philippines will be sent by the Congress Secretariat upon request. Such letters do not imply any financial or other support from the Local Congress Committee.

Liability

The Congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to congress participants or their accompanying persons, either during the congress or during tours. It is therefore recommended that participants and accompanying persons arrange for appropriate travel and health insurance before travelling.
