Research Paper Poster Discussion:
Guidelines for Participants
The Poster Presentation will be held 23-24 November 2010 at the Mezzanine of the Reception Hall, Philippine International Convention Center, CCP Complex, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City.
The abstracts scheduled for presentation during the poster sessions are grouped by topic, numbered and listed in the programme, and published in the abstract book.
Each poster display should be confined within the limits of the area assigned:
Size: 2.5 ft. x 5 ft. (use double adhesive tape)
Portrait Orientation
The display should include:
- Title, author/s and institution
- Short background of the study
- Objectives
- Short description of the methodology
- Summary of results
- Conclusions
- Tables, graphs and pictures (coloured, if possible)
The text of the display should be readable from a one-metre distance.
The display should have an over-all pleasing or aesthetic appearance.
Participants should be available beside their poster to discuss their paper with the session chairs and other interested parties. Discussion will only be limited to maximum of three minutes per poster.
