Tours

There is plenty to do and see on the Gold Coast, from daytime adventure tours and fantastic shopping to the theme parks - Movie World, Seaworld, Dreamworld and Wet-n-Wild or Paradise Country Aussie Farm Tour - each of which is full day on its. In the evenings you can enjoy dining out or visiting the theatre or one of the many night-clubs in the area, or enjoy the Australian Outback Spectacular.

Arrangements have been made with a local tour company for delegates to book tours direct with them at a discounted cost of 5% off published prices. Tours include half-day sightseeing and shopping tours on the Gold Coast, the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Mt Tambourine Winery, the Glow Worm Tour and the Aussie Night Safari.

If you are bringing your family, visit one of the world-famous theme parks - Sea World, Movie World. Wet-n-Wild, Dream World and White Water World. Combined tickets and transfer packages to the theme parks are available (www.seaworld.com.au/tickets and www.dreamworld.com.au). For a taste of the Australian Outback, book for the Australian Outback Spectacular evening show (www.outbackspectacular.com.au).

If you want to travel further afield, consider a one or two day trip to world heritage-listed Fraser Island (www.fraserisland.net), the largest sand island in the world, the Sunshine Coast and its hinterland, or Toowoomba and the Darling Downs.
