We are pleased to announce the availability of the Award for two ERS members at the APSR Congress in Kyoto, Japan, 20–21 November 2021.

The ERS awards committee will select the best two abstracts from all ERS members who have applied, and who have been accepted for presenting their work.

The Award:
  • €1,500
  • Congress registration
The Awardee:
  • May apply for this Award when they submit their abstract to the Congress.
  • Must be an ERS member
  • Must be aged ≤40 at the start of the Congress
  • Must be compliant with other conditions according to the ERS rules
  • Must be able to present the paper in person at the Congress

  • Must register for the Congress before their individual "cut-off date".
The cut-off date will be provided by the Secretariat after their abstract has been accepted. This date will be earlier than the usual registration deadline, to enable the programme schedule to be compiled and awards to be considered.
