Asian Pacific Thoracic Association (APTA)

Notice to all APSR members

There will be an Annual General Meeting of the Asian Pacific Thoracic Association (APTA) at 17:00 on 19 August, 2008 at the following address; Room C, 4 Floor Nichinai Kaikan, 3-28-8 Hongo, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, Japan.

APTA is the registered non-profit organization associated with the APSR. All members of the APSR (including those who are members through their membership of the JRS, KATRD, PCCP, TSPCCM and TSANZ), are cordially invited to attend the above Annual General Meeting.

The Agenda is as follows:

1. Signatures to approve and adopt the minutes
2. Report of activities in the past year
3. Report of accounts
4. Schedule of future activities
5. Budget
6. Charter & Bylaws and appointment of succeeding executive members
7. Other business

Please let us know whether or not you will attend the meeting. If you are unable to attend, please email your proxy assignation
